Olmo Real Estate Advisers was founded on a simple premise: owners of real estate and providers of capital deserve advice built on direct, senior-level experience — not a layer of process between them and the people who actually understand the deal.
Our team has advised clients in offices, logistics, industrial, healthcare, hospitality and retail, throughout Italy, the UK and Europe.
Our objective is to help our clients make better investment decisions, grounded in extensive sector expertise and a cross-border network built over careers, not campaigns.
The Founders
Renata Bazzani MRICS
Renata has over 26 years of experience in the Italian real estate sector. She has acted as a Principal (Curzon Advisers/Kildare, TMW/Pramerica REI) and as a consultant (CBRE, JLL, DTZ/C&W). Transactions managed by her total more than €2.5 billion.
She holds a degree in Architecture and a Masters in Real Estate, both from Politecnico Milan, and is an alumna of the Real Estate Executive Program at SDA Bocconi in Milan.

Douglas Babington Smith MRICS - Registered Valuer
Douglas brings more than three decades of expertise to the real estate sector, having advised clients on transactions exceeding €2 billion in value. His senior leadership experience includes serving as Country Manager for DTZ Italy and Head of Office Capital Markets at JLL Italy.
He has also held directorship positions across both Italian and UK markets.
