Renata has over 26 years of experience in the Italian real estate sector. She acted as a Principal (Curzon Advisers/Kildare, TMW/Pramerica REI) and as a consultant (CBRE, JLL, DTZ/C&W).
Transactions managed by her total more than €2.5 billion.
She has a degree in Architecture from Politecnico Milan, a Masters in Real Estate from Politecnico Milan and is an alumna of the Real Estate Executive Program at SDA Bocconi in Milan.

Douglas brings more than three decades of expertise to the real estate sector, with extensive experience spanning 32 years. Throughout his career, he has successfully advised clients on transactions exceeding €2 billion in value.
His senior leadership experience includes serving as Country Manager for DTZ Italy and Head of Office Capital Markets at JLL Italy. Douglas has also held directorship positions across both Italian and UK markets, demonstrating his cross-border expertise and strategic oversight capabilities.
Douglas holds an MA in History from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Land Management and Development from the University of Reading

Penny is a leading UK and European Capital Markets principal with over 25 years’ experience advising institutional, private equity and private investors on complex cross-border real estate transactions. She has successfully originated and executed more than €4bn of transactions across the UK and Europe, with deep expertise in Office, logistics, industrial, hotels and platform and JV structures.
Formerly Managing Director of European Capital Markets at Avison Young and a member of the European Executive, Penny has led multi-jurisdictional teams across more than 10 countries, driving business growth, strategy and cross-border collaboration. Known for her entrepreneurial mindset and extensive European network, she has advised on landmark acquisitions, sale and leasebacks and off-market transactions for global investors, while building high-performing teams and trusted client relationships.
